This raffle is organised and administered by StreetSmart SA, c/o 2 Somerset Road, Green Point, 8005. 
Registered NPO: 051-449; PBO: 930015804. Raffle funds are in support of operational expenses of StreetSmart SA. This raffle will be run independently of any other fundraisers.

This is an on-line raffle. Four hundred tickets are available and cost R250 each. The draw is on 25 June 2023. In the event that the 400 tickets are sold before this date, the draw date will move forward to take place earlier in 2023.

Tickets may not be sold to any person under the age of 18.

The deadline for purchasing tickets and entering the draw is midnight 21 June 2023. Any raffle entries received after midnight 21 June 2023, will be considered as donations to StreetSmart SA.

Ticket numbers will be issued and emailed to you, once your payment reflects in the StreetSmart bank account.

The winners will be independently drawn. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Winners do not need to be present at the draw. The winning numbers will be posted on the StreetSmart website.

Only guaranteed prizes will be advertised and entered into the draw. Prizes need to be collected from the StreetSmart office within 10 days after the draw. StreetSmart reserves the right to re-direct unclaimed prizes.

By entering the draw, winners confirm their agreement to take part in any associated publicity.

StreetSmart SA reserves the right to amend, withdraw, terminate or alter the raffle at any time without prior notice.
