StreetSmart SA, is dedicated to helping street children rebuild their lives through donations from restaurants, accommodation establishments and wine tasting venues in the Western Cape, Garden Route, Gauteng and KZN, has handed over R35,000 to their George beneficiary for 2019.
This grand effort is part of the total StreetSmart allocation of R1,7 million distributed nationally for 2019 to organisations working with children at risk of becoming street children.

StreetSmart SA, an organisation dedicated to helping street children rebuild their lives through donations from restaurants, accommodation establishments and wine tasting venues in the Western Cape, Garden Route, Gauteng and KZN, has handed over R40,000 to their Swellendam beneficiaries for 2019.
The local committee which furthers the work of StreetSmart Swellendam, comprises Cathy van Eeden, Francois du Rand, Mari-Louise van der Merwe and Marjolein van Mourik.

The StreetSmart Franschhoek beneficiary for next year is The Kusasa Project, assisting Franschhoek children in need by providing support, encouragement and the environment to learn in a safe, stimulating setting. The StreetSmart funds were handed over at an event held at Bread & Wines Restaurant on Môreson Wine Farm.

There are currently 5 establishments in Franschhoek that have embraced StreetSmart’s vision to make a real difference to the lives of street children or children at risk of living on the streets.
As part of the total StreetSmart allocation of R1,7 million distributed nationally, to organisations working with children at risk, StreetSmart has handed over R120,000 to their Stellenbosch beneficiaries for 2019.
The Stellenbosch beneficiaries are Home from Home, Stellumthombo, and Pebbles Project. The StreetSmart funds were handed over at an event held at The Bistro@Webersburg Wine Estate.
